Print your entry off, preferably on A4 paper, or write it out NEATLY.

Enclose a cheque for the full amount of your entry fee, made payable to Patrick Ryan.  Please do not make your cheque payable to Attleborough Poetry Competition as I do not have a bank account in that name.

If you wish to receive an acknowledgment of your entry, please also send an SAE.

And please remember to include your full name and address. 

If you win, we'll need to know where to send the cheque!
